Refund Policy

We accept returns for a full refund within 60 days of the date you received your products. We'll even provide a free pre-paid return label.

To initiate a return, please submit a ticket below and include your Order #, as well as the products you'd like to return. Our team will email you a free pre-paid return label within 48 hours.

Once the return is received and checked in our facility, our warehouse team will process the return and automatically issue a full refund on the products you return. Please note that this refund process can take up to 7 - 10 business days. 

At this time, we can only provide return labels for orders shipped within the United States and Canada. For international returns, we'll ask that you cover the cost of returning the item to our warehouse.

*Please note that we are unable to accept returns on opened/used consumable products including shave creams, soaps, oils, balms, solid colognes, or any other soft good products. This return policy only applies to orders made through and . For orders purchased from a 3rd Party retailer, we encourage you to reach out to them and ask for their return policy.
