First I would like to say I love my Rockwell 6S. I decided to upgrade from the 6C after over a year of great shaves, and very happy with the upgrade.
Shortly after recieving my new 6S, I did notice a problem with blade alignment after checking the razor because I was surprised by getting a bad shave, which never happened before with my 6C razor. After notifying Rockwell about this they sent me some new plates and now I am back to enjoying wonderful shaves. Excellent company to do business with, great quality products, and if there is a problem they correct it right away.
