Rockwell 6S - Replacement Handle

I originally purchased a 6S and after much research, originally decided to make this my first safety razor.

Unfortunately, like many others, the blade gap issue due to the machining errors on the razor meant this purchase was DOA.

The customer service team were prompt and and their service, excellent. They shipped me out a replacement unit which I appreciated immensely.

Unfortunately, after taking almost 4 weeks to o reach me in Australia, the new unit had the exact same issue. I tried 4 different branded blades. All the same issue.

I could have gone back to the support team and said this but at this stage, what’s the point.. This money and this purchase were DOA and I’ve had to write it off.

It’s sucks that this was my first safety razor purchase and looking back, I should have gone with the Merkur 34c.

Great customer service but a problem that has affected hundreds of other users also with the same razor.

Imo the 6s is the best shave you can get

This razor along with a #3 shim and Tabac gives me a BBS shave. Totally smooooooooth. Hats off to Rockwell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent quality

When I experienced rust at the threading inside the handle, they have sent me a new one with improved threading free of charge. That’s what I call proper customer service. They stand behind the quality of their product.
