I have tried many razors but will never go back to anyone. Rockwell razors are sturdy and provide excellent grip for clean shave. I love the option of different sizes.

I must have had an earlier production version of the 6s. Felt like the alignment was off resulting in a different level of aggressiveness on each side of the DE blade. I initially dismissed it, but over time realized it was not right. I contacted Rockwell and they offered to send me new parts (I just had to pay $10 shipping). Well, I can't believe how incredible a difference the new plates made. So much better. Like the razor it was meant to be all along. In my experience, Rockwell has offered me terrific customer service the two times I've had issues.

First I would like to say I love my Rockwell 6S. I decided to upgrade from the 6C after over a year of great shaves, and very happy with the upgrade.
Shortly after recieving my new 6S, I did notice a problem with blade alignment after checking the razor because I was surprised by getting a bad shave, which never happened before with my 6C razor. After notifying Rockwell about this they sent me some new plates and now I am back to enjoying wonderful shaves. Excellent company to do business with, great quality products, and if there is a problem they correct it right away.
