Game Changer!

I have been using one of those 3 bladed cartridge razors for over 20 years, I swore by it. I got to the point where it was costing me a fortune for the blades and started to look for alternates. I read a ton of reviews about the R1 and figured I’d give it a try for the cost of a pack of 3 blade cartridges. All I can say is OMG, total game changer. I was nervous about using a real “razor blade” as I didn’t want to cut myself to pieces, but my very first shave was cut and nick free! I will NEVER go back to the other razors. I’m ordering a second one now for my travel case. I don’t leave reviews on stuff usually, but this is truly worth it. I even told folks at work about it, and 6 people ordered one while we were on the call (true story). 5 Stars all day!

Not per my expectations

Not per my expectations. And I spent too much of money to procure it directly from Rockwell Canada by paying freight and Import duties, product not worth of spending so much money. I then brought a Muhle safety razor from Germany and it is really worth.

I’m extremely disappointed by your costumer service. Not only I lost my money and time, I don’t even have the products I payed for.
You didn’t reply my mail, and weren’t honest about the customs duties. You deserve much more less than one star in the rating.
